About Us:
First Amendment Protected Apparel was founded by Terrence Graham, alongside his brother James Thomas, as a voice for freedom, expression, and awareness. While fighting a wrongful conviction, Terrence gained firsthand knowledge of the power and importance of the First Amendment and the right to access the courts. That experience became the foundation of this brand.
Our apparel represents real issues, real stories, and real people. Not every message will be comfortable, and not every design will be agreed with — and that is exactly the point. The First Amendment protects both expression and disagreement.
Through powerful visuals and bold messages, First Amendment Protected Apparel highlights social issues, justice, and voices that are often overlooked. The brand is rooted in accountability, awareness, and the belief that freedom of expression must always be protected.
We believe in paying it forward. Many of our designs reflect causes that impact individuals and communities, including homeless veterans and those affected by the criminal justice system. Our mission is to spark conversation, inspire thought, and stand for the rights that protect us all.
